Kristin started Complete HR Solutions in 2024. She has over 12 years of experience working in Human Resources. Most of her career has been spent in the financial services industry. Kristin is passionate about Human Resources and helping both companies and employees grow and succeed. She believes in the importance of continuous learning. Kristin is also a fierce mental health advocate.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an HR emphasis from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an HR emphasis from Davenport University. She is currently working toward her Master of Science in Law degree through Wayne State University Law School. This program is designed for HR professionals with an emphasis on employment law.

Kristin earned her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2021 and her SHRM-SCP (SHRM-Senior Certified Professional) certification in 2024. She had her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from 2016 - 2021.

Kristin is also certified in both adult and youth Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. She also earned the Workplace Mental Health Ally Certificate through SHRM and Psych Hub.

Kristin and her husband have 3 amazing daughters, a son-in-law, and a pet betta fish (Amber).

Kristin loves all things HR and mentoring other HR professionals. She is obsessed with coffee in all forms. Kristin loves the outdoors, plants, exploring new places, teaching her girls, and watching them discover their passions.
